The Student Ministry Coordinator will make sure that our students have a community where they can belong and grow, their parents are equipped to care for their children and know they have support through the church and the students have a chance to serve and lead in the community
Equip parents to be the primary means of discipleship and care for their 6th-12 grade children
Communicate with parents about opportunities for their students
Create opportunities for whole families to find community together with one another
Student Discipleship and Community Coordinator
Help students discover the truth of God and follow Jesus in their lives
Facilitate small groups led by volunteers who care about the student’s lives and spiritual formation
Oversee, select and/or develop weekly curriculum for Ecclesia’s student small group
Plan service activities in the community (with partner organizations) with Ecclesia student leaders
Create community events for students and their families to belong and be known
Coordinate with volunteers and families in creating events such as camp, service opportunities, community events, volunteer appreciation and small group.
This position is a part-time hourly position with a minimum of 20 hours per week (and up to 29 hours on event weeks).
